It needs a headrest the straps can go around, which many long-haul seats have. Use it once the seatbelt sign is off and follow the crew's instructions.
Will it bother the person behind me?+
The straps sit on your own headrest, above their screen, and move with your seat when you recline.
Can I get up quickly?+
Yes. Lift off the mask and the sling falls away.
Does it fit tall people and children?+
One size for adults, and the straps adjust. It isn't made for young children.
